I purchased 11 Mercedes Benz from multiple dealerships in 3 states for last 12 years and owe 4 MB at this time. Special ordered 2.GL 450. What happen in Mercedes Benz of Music City is unbelievable and unacceptable. It is shame for entire Mercedes Benz USA corporation. I completely understand that shortage of cars are exists at this time. So sales people do not have to run anymore to say "hello" to the customers on the lot. Never before in any business or establishment I was treated as terrible, as it was done by both the manager and sells person (Scott Halpern). Scott Halpern ordered car for me. I took 4 month! and I received wrong one. 6 seats instead of 7 seats I ordered. Do you think they immediately ordered correct one with apologies? Think twice! They sold this car immediately and refused to order correct one. Believe It or Not, the manager talked to Scott Halpern and then informed me that this dealer ship will not order new car for me for regular price, but wanted more money then on the sticker "because nobody sell cars at sticker any more" Do not use Mercedes-Benz of Music City and do not purchase cars or order cars from Mercedes-Benz of Music City. I and my family and friends will not. Hope this review will help all Mercedes Benz customers. More
I’ve heard of instances in which salesmen were sexist towards female customers but didn’t actually think it was a thing. Scott at music city showed me it’s a thing and unfortunately I had to witness it towards female customers but didn’t actually think it was a thing. Scott at music city showed me it’s a thing and unfortunately I had to witness it happen to my wife. He made her get out of the car because he didn’t trust her parking the vehicle she test drove. xxx? She only asked him how the self Park feature worked. I would bet every dollar I had he would never do that to me. We were ready to purchase today and made a second trip from an hour away to do so. Very disheartening and an eye opener for me. There is no salvaging doing business here. More

My wife and I had the pleasure of making our second (and even better) auto purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Our sales consultant was Brooks Lannert. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a ve even better) auto purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Our sales consultant was Brooks Lannert. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to find their way to MBOMC and ask for Brooks Lannert. We consulted Brooks about doing a custom build. He made the process easy, fun and interactive. Brooks would regularly check-in with details and even send us our ship's name so we could track our incoming vehicle across the Atlantic. Once the car arrived, Brooks took a really thoughtful video of the vehicle and we were just so excited to come in and see it/drive it for ourselves. Sam Cavett, the General Sales Manager, also recognized my family from our prior purchase and made a point to welcome us back. These guys and gals live and breathe every bit of delivering a world-class experience to everyone who comes to MBOMC. Everyone in the building has a smile on their face and you just feel welcome. Find a reason to get to MBOMC to meet Brooks, Sam and all of the great people at MBOMC. You will never forget the experience. More
