We are sorry you feel that way about your experience! I did want to address your 2 situations in sales and service. For sales, when dealing with NFCU we do have to abide by their list of instructions and we would need that 15 days to make sure all processes are correct for both parties interest before we can release the vehicle. As for your service experience Anthony did facilitate with your selling dealer to get information to submit the claim, but we did have to wait for proper documentation because none was provided upon arrival. In dealing with your Insurance claim we did noticed that the coverage provided did not cover the full extent of the labor but we were happy to good will it for you. Anthony did inform you of the difference in labor coverage because this may come up in later claims no matter which service facility you visit and you may want to discuss your coverage with your selling dealer who provided the insurance. We do welcome the opportunity and are happy to help service your vehicle in the future. Please feel free to contact us for any further details.
