Mauro motors tried to pad a warranty service with additional labor to replace a part that was going to be removed as part of the warranty service. They also have multiple prices for parts. They charged me 255.00 each for rear springs to be installed during a warranty rear subframe replacement even though they sell the same spring for 118.00 each on their online retail store. When brought to their attention, they would not allow me to buy the springs from their online retail store and have them install it. They also tried to replace the entire rear exhaust for $1,700.00 during the same service when it only needed a gasket. They are crooks and try to take advantage of their customers. Go elsewhere! More
Bought a preowned GLC and process was efficient as I needed it to be. Very shady business practices, I was charged $1,295. 00 for Zurich shield- what’s is it ?? More importantly I was never asked if I wanted it. Then the $995.00!convenance fee? Purchased a used vehicle with a warranty from this dealership less than a year ago, only to discover—when registering it in another state—that the undercarriage and gas tank holder were completely rus dealership less than a year ago, only to discover—when registering it in another state—that the undercarriage and gas tank holder were completely rusted out. The inspection revealed the car was unsafe to drive or sell. The dealership has not responded to rectify this serious safety issue, demonstrating poor customer service and a clear misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition for profit. I will be reporting this to Consumer Protection authorities. Buyers should be extremely cautious—this dealership appears to prioritize commissions over honesty and safety More
