I stopped by without an appointment as my tire suddenly lost half its air. They were able to check out my tire right away. No nail but it was in the replace zone. Their tire price was pretty competitive, l lost half its air. They were able to check out my tire right away. No nail but it was in the replace zone. Their tire price was pretty competitive, less than discount tire and just a few dollars more than Costco. They gave me a loaner car and changed the tire the same day. Very convenient and saved me a lot of time and hassle. More

They provide me with a video inspection of my vehicle and explain everything requiring attention. My regular service adviser, Steve, was not scheduled on the day I brought in my car so Adam helped me. This is a great dealer to purchase a car (especially through Lou), but service it elsewhere. Consistently after Schumacher sold I noticed they've been trying to sell unnecessary items and accelerate ser through Lou), but service it elsewhere. Consistently after Schumacher sold I noticed they've been trying to sell unnecessary items and accelerate service schedules. It's to the point where I view the service side as sleazy and untrustworthy. I've done 7 purchases/sales with this dealership and those have been fine, but something foul is afoot with service. Today the service rep tried to trick my wife into replacing spark plugs at 36k miles when that should be closer to 50k miles (basic A service due, no issues consistent with spark plug replacement and this was at drop off, so it's an attempted sucker sales move). I know they can be recommended at 45k service A visit, which would be where we are in 2 years, so this is just profiteering. More
Worst attempted car buying experience I have ever had. Started with Lou Gordon who based on other reviews can be very good, but he was awful in my case. I was trying to buy the electric EQS SUV 450. It Started with Lou Gordon who based on other reviews can be very good, but he was awful in my case. I was trying to buy the electric EQS SUV 450. It was somewhat new but Lou argued for 15 minutes the 450 model did not exist. Then he found it in their system but was of very little help configuring it. Once configured, Lou said it should take 60-90 days to get built. He called 2 days later asking if I had a copy of the configuration I could send him as he said he lost it. I sent it to him. Called Lou monthly to follow up on the build status, the third time he said the order still had not been pulled for production yet. I asked why. He said they are not yet building that 450 model. I informed him that 450 model was being built and was other dealerships around the country. He was surprised, said he would check and get back to me re options but he never did. We gave up. Then called the sales manager to start over now 5 months later. He assigned a new sales rep John Bultman, good sales rep, who discovered Lou never even entered the original order into their system and did not even have my contact info in their dealership CRM system. So we started over. This was April and said I should now be able to get a 2024 model and get it in the fall when I return for the next winter in AZ. In August, John called and said they could not get build dates from Mercedes yet for 2024 models and did not know when that would happen, so fall delivery on the EQS looked doubtful. So we dropped the EQS order and ordered a more traditional GLS in early September. Got a build date of October 21 which happened, car was queued for shipment and then pulled back into the factory. After a couple weeks I was told that happened because there was a scratch on the bumper which needed to be dealt with. In December, they could still not tell me when the bumper would be fixed and the car shipped. So after 15 months of trying we gave up and ordered a BMW X7 which we will likely have in mid January. Finally I then asked for the $5,000 deposit refund which John said they would process in a day or two. A week later nothing so I followed up. This took 3 weeks and 3 follow ups to get the deposit refunded. I own a GLE that I bought just over 2 years ago in Minnesota. Great buying and service experience there, but the opposite with MB of North Scottsdale. If I enjoy my BMW I likely will never buy from Mercedes again. More
