Yesterday, February 18th, 2026, I brought my 2025 eqb to the Mercedes Benz Ontario for its 2nd free service, but one of the employees stole one of my 3 colognes that I had in the center compartment, due to the Mercedes Benz Ontario for its 2nd free service, but one of the employees stole one of my 3 colognes that I had in the center compartment, due to the issue, I asked the manager to reimburse my $181 dollars and they didn't agree, instead they offered services that I didn't ask for, I ended so disappointed, so I am not be recommending people to this place anymore. The sales associate (Joseph) and financing representatives were wonderful. No high pressure sales, no unreasonable expectations or demands, the ENTIRE process was positive, respectful, informa representatives were wonderful. We were shown multiple options and all my concerns were respected and taken into consideration by everyone we interacted with. Not the typical discomfort felt in the car buying experience with generic sales tactics and overwhelming pressure. They allowed us time to look, relook, test drive, re-test drive :) all without feeling like we were inconveniencing anyone. Everything was great....and we left with a new car instead of the plan for a pre-owned. Completely satisfied!!!! More
