Gerald advised me of all of the additional things that could be done to the vehicle but was never pushy about trying to sell me additional service. This is really important to me. The quickest way to lose me as a customer is to give me the hard sell on stuff I don't really need. He kept me informed throughout and contacted the 3rd party vendor to verify the contract and set up the wheel repair. It's what I expect from MB. I wasn't disappointed. More

My Service provider Tony was very professional and accommodating. He contacted me and explained my issues, not being pushy or trying to have me pay excessively. Last Friday 5/22 was my first time having my 2013 GLK service done at Ontario Mercedez. For the last 20 years my husband and I had bought few Mercedez and also had our cars serviced at West Covina Pens service done at Ontario Mercedez. For the last 20 years my husband and I had bought few Mercedez and also had our cars serviced at West Covina Penske. Since their changed of ownership, their sales people and manager there are very dishonest and misleads customers. My husband just bought a Mercedez from them 4 months ago and the salesman misled my husband on paid for something that husband does not needed. After confronted the salesman and the manger they became very rude to us. This is the reason my husband and I stopped going there and we would like to try your services. So far, Tony Garcia was very helpful and prompt to me last Friday 5/22 when I took my 2013 GLK in for recall and service on HAVC. I hope we can continue to get good service and honesty from Tony.
