2-3 months ago, I returned parts. They agreed to take them back, minus 20% restocking fee. They said that they will mail me the refund. I still haven’t received my refund, and no one at customer service doesn’t know how to handle it, but states they will have someone call me. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has called me back. Can someone call me regarding my refund!? Can some direct me in the right direction. This is horrible customer service. I am without parts and the money I paid for them. More

I had an appointment for a sunroof recall. I brought the car in 8:00am on a Monday morning. The car wasn’t looked at until Tuesday at that point the part needed to be ordered and the job wasn’ I brought the car in 8:00am on a Monday morning.
