I have always had good service. I do think that the $179 for a diagnostic is robbery. I know if you have the work done it goes toward the work. Well instead of work I decided to just buy a new car . Also, I was charged $179.00 for telling me it would cost $850.00-$1250.00 to fix my sunroof shade? I said do not fix it as it is just slightly out of alignment and I will have it fixed elsewhere. The did no work on the shade, never pulled the head liner....just gave me the quote and charged me $179.00....THAT IS A SCAM. I received two surveys from Mercedes where I asked to be contacted by the dealership and no one has contacted me because I caught them in a SCAM. Beware of Mercedes-Benz service Department. More
