This is the Mercedes dealership you want to go to! We have purchased and leased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past 5 years and could not be happier with sales, service and operations teams. Yesterday I called into the dealership from Florida to get help disabling a sensor from a minor mishap over the weekend. Connor Heyland picked up the call as service was busy, Connor could not have been any more helpful! Truth be told, I didn't introduce myself...I think I was frantic and just needed help to shut it off and Connor did just that with his patience and kindness! Thank you Connor and Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth for living up to your reputation of going above and beyond for your customers! More

Honesty is important now more than ever I am sure this review will be taken down by the dealership as they seem to only display 5 star ratings that make them look good. I however have a diff I am sure this review will be taken down by the dealership as they seem to only display 5 star ratings that make them look good. I however have a different experience that I feel is worth sharing. I had the 60,000 regular service done on my ML-250D. I was charged an additional $40 for a state inspection that they told my wife (after the fact) was "complimentary" but we did not request for. The service rep (Corey I think his name was) even lied and said on the phone when I questioned him about the added expense that my wife approved of it. He never discussed it with either me or my wife beforehand. When my wife picked up the car the following day (I was on call that day), the service was already done and the receipt finalized. This inspection just cost half the price at my local tire shop. Also, the two N95 masks and face shield I keep in my car went missing after the service. Definitely was expecting more honesty from a luxury auto dealership. More

I have been to a few Mercedes dealers and Portsmouth has by far the best customer service. They get their clients and treat them like they would want to be treated. The repairs I had done came out perfect and I left happy and excited to purchase my next MB at Portsmouth! More
