Multi Media Problem I had a problem with the media systemin my car, which corrected itself. However, I thought I'd stop in at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth the next day, w I had a problem with the media systemin my car, which corrected itself. However, I thought I'd stop in at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth the next day, without an appointment, to see if the car had registered a code. It had, indicating that there was an update available that would fix the problem. I made an appointment, brought the car in and the problem is fixed. Could not have been easier.
