Over the years I have purchased many vehicles from Larry and also have had my family members buy from him. He is always very professional and can always answer any questions that you may have about any of the vehicles that you are looking at. He has always been very honest and really takes pride in making sure that your experience is very good. I will continue to buy from Larry and send him as many customers as I can.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City:
First and foremost I would like to thank Jimmy for ALWAYS taking care of me on all the cars I have purchased from him. The most recent one being the 2012 ML350. He is always very professional but at the same time I feel like I am buying a car from a good friend. I would recommend him to anyone!

As for their GM Dave Bennion, thanks for always giving me an excellent deal even on a car that is in high demand.

If it weren't for Dave Franchow, I would have to deal with selling my trade-ins on my own. Thanks for always giving me a fair trade-in value.


Mike Kasparian, their service writer has been excellent to deal with anytime I had to have my car serviced. Also their service tech, Ken, is one of the best Mercedes techs out there.

I also have to give a shout out to Mike in their parts department. He's always friendly and willing to help with all my parts questions.

Last but not least, Mr. Taylor is the biggest Mercedes enthusiast. If you need to know something intimate about a Benz (new or old), he's your guy! Thanks for always answering my questions!

Overall Ken Garff Mercedes is the BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with. From sales to service and also parts.

I highly recommend these guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Experience!!! I purchased a car over the phone through Mr. Taylor and all I can say is that it was the easiest car transaction I've ever done. He was very helpful and prompt. He went out his way to make sure the transaction went smoothly. All I can say, is that I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Larry Taylor and be surprise how easy it is it to purchase a car from this dealership. He was very friendly and helpful. I have purchased several cars from other dealership before, but never this satisfied. Thanks again Larry, from Manchester,NJ!

Service at Ken Garff Mercedes is terrific. I now own two Mercedes vehicles and actually don't mind bringing them in for service. The service representative, Mike, is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is also prompt and makes sure that everything I need is taken care of. I would highly recommend Mike and Ken Garff to my friends and family.

I am fairly new to the Mercedes-Benz brand however I have loved every moment of it. This last time I went to the dealership for just for a small issue. A wonderful young lady, Melanie, helped me with a burnt out headlight. She got me in and out of the dealership fast. I am a very busy person and I am grateful for her fast professional help. In fact she even helped me with changing my clock in my vehicle. I felt silly asking but she didn't mind. Thank you Melanie for your great service with a smile, you are surely a great asset to Ken Garff Mercedes.

This dealership service department has changed, for the better. The 2 new Service Advisors are very professional and courteous. When I bring my car in for service or repair I want the experience to be breif, I do not want to socialize with my service writer, I simply want my car fixed right in a timely fashion. Mike and the other gentleman seem to have it down.

Larry knows more about Mercedes car sales than anyone else. He always knows his competition to position Ken Gaff as the best for price/value & quality of car. He's always upbeat and eager to please and go out of his way to go so.

The dealership has a great service & parts staff as I have worked w/ them several times over the past 10 years.

I had an excellent experience. Dave and Mike found just the right car for my wife and me. It was a great price and we had the paperwork finished within 15 minutes. I would recommend both Dave and Mike to anyone. I would also highly recommend the dealership! All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and very professional. There was no pressure to purchase and our needs were taken care of immediately. A job very well done!
