Repetitive problem with the transmission on our 2020 GLE 350 which was not adequately addressed. The first service lasted over a week and the problem repeated itself shortly thereafter. The second time, th 350 which was not adequately addressed. The first service lasted over a week and the problem repeated itself shortly thereafter. The second time, the car was in the shop for a month and the solution was to change the oil. There was infrequent communication and the loaner cars were entry level Mercedes. Both needed gas and were filthy inside and outside. Needless to say, a most dissatisfied and disappointed customer. This is our fifth Mercedes. The previous four were purchased at the Reisterstown Mercedes dealer in Maryland. Their excellence in customer service, as well as, auto service had us returning to purchase new cars with them until our departure to Maine. More
