I was traveling and found I had a cracked rim/flat tire late on a Friday. Service department was prompt and ordered a new rim to arrive the next day, and quickly administered excellent service on Saturday late on a Friday. On top of that, everyone I encountered was efficient and friendly, and I even got a ride to downtown Portland so I could make the most of my time while my car was being serviced. Van was brought in for routine oil change and inspection. Scott identified that van was due for more extensive service but that it was also covered by our free service plan included at purchase.
