What can I say about the people who work here...? I can some up my experience with them in one word: AMAZING AMAZING... Customer Service AMAZING... Professionalism AMAZING... Knowledge AMAZING... W some up my experience with them in one word: AMAZING AMAZING... Customer Service AMAZING... Professionalism AMAZING... Knowledge AMAZING... Workmanship AMAZINGLY Good at their jobs (ALL of them) Now I could sit here & tell you about all the things that they did right & the things they did well -OR- I could simplify it by telling you about the things they didn’t do well. If we were going with the latter of the two options, I would tell you that there isn’t any area of my experience with them that was unenjoyable. I don’t believe that a rating should be based on the answers you (as a customer) receive. The fact of the matter is that there are some things that are just simply beyond their control. xxxx, I got a few answers that I didn’t care for, but if you consider the human aspect of my dealings with them, I would have to say that I was quite pleased with my experience. They are so knowledgeable & professional that they put many other establishments to shame. As I said, a rating shouldn’t be determined on the answers you receive, it should be based on the level of professionalism that you receive. I had an EXTREMELY poor experience with the dealership (NOT Prime Mercedes) that I purchased my E350 from, but when I showed up to Prime Mercedes in Scarborough, I was immediately greeted with an out of this world warm welcome. I hear all the time how one business or another treated their customers “like family”, but I’ve never experienced that. With the people here at Prime Mercedes, I felt so welcomed that it was xxxx near disappointing when my business with them drew to an end. Tom (in service) is a young guy who takes his job seriously & who’s good at what he does. He welcomes you & walks you through every step of the plan that they have with your vehicle. He treated me like family, better than the best waiter that you’ve ever had at your favorite restaurant. Simply said; Tom (in service) cares about you as a person & he wants for your experience with them (there at Prime Mercedes) to be the best that you’ve ever had. He’s kind, professional & knowledgeable. You can tell that he wants you to be comfortable with leaving your car with them & when you’re done speaking with him, you know that he is someone that you can trust & count on. WAKE UP Prime Mercedes & give this guy a promotion. He deserves it...!!! Brandi Lawler (Service Director) is so good at her job that I wonder why she even bothered to speak with me at all. I say this because when you get to be as knowledgeable & professional as she is, it’s time to move up the ladder. I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased (from a different dealership) where the rims on my E350 weren’t the AMG rims that they advertised as what was coming with my vehicle as part of the “sport package”. Within about 3 minutes, she was able to figure out that the original owners of my vehicle had swapped them out for the rims that are currently on it, a few years back. Even the dealership where I purchased the car from couldn’t tell me why the AMG rims weren’t on it or when they got swapped out. That in itself, was mind-blowingly impressive. In my opinion, Brandi is like a work of art: You can tell that she has worked hard on perfecting her professional obligations to the point that she’s made a career out of what she does for the service team there at Prime Mercedes in Scarborough. Somebody needs to thank her for being so AWESOME & she definitely needs to be recognized for what an asset she truly is. Now, I just want to make a point to thank both of these people. To Brandi & Tom (in service): Thank you so much for the attention, thought & time that you dedicated to me. I know that I’m not an easy guy to deal with due to having such a high expectation when dealing with people & businesses who are in the customer service industry, but you guys did AMAZING. I hope that the two of you continue to shine & excel within your careers. If anybody deserves to move up the ladder, it’s the two of you. Thanks a bunch, Joshua More

I was at a loss moving away from my previous dealer - with no comparison nearby - but found a new home with Prime! Nick is the best service advisor I could have hoped for: in fact each person I met went with no comparison nearby - but found a new home with Prime! Nick is the best service advisor I could have hoped for: in fact each person I met went far beyond a “typical” car dealership. Due to the holiday schedule Nick and Brandi, the Service Manager, actually were the ones who cleaned the car - try to find that elsewhere! I’m only sorry I did not get to meet and thank my new Tech. Well worth my 3 hour drive. More

Service is always excellent but super pricey! Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall fix. They noticed it still had the original battery (six years old) and performed a load test on it (which it car in for an oil change and a recall fix. They noticed it still had the original battery (six years old) and performed a load test on it (which it failed). I really appreciate the attention to things like that but then they quoted $400+ to replace the battery when it should be around $200. They also charged me $100 to replace an exhaust clamp. Just seems high to me. So it’s all a balance. More
