We just got our new Mercedes' first one and had an excellent experience at Sudbury Mercedes . Starting with Sharon our greeter to our Guru teacher Jonny each one was outstanding . The sales manager Brad Raftor very genuine and someone u could trust fully gave us the best price without any negotiation. It didnt feel like a car dealership more like a family . The last but least without taking a 3 hour lesson from our teacher Jonny we would not be able to drive our new car and use any of its functions . He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and tech Guru Went thru each and every option in the car and set up apps on the phone . I would highly recommend to take a lesson from him worth every minute . I owned and purchased my brand new Mercedes GLB at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury for about 4 years now. Everything is still great and I had service my car at the dealership each time I need service. This dealership was originally located at Natick and now they had moved to Sudbury. It is a bit further away from the old location but it worth my time to go to this new location. There is a lot more space at the new location so I can see more cars display at the dealership. This new location looks so nice and you feel that you are in a five stars facility. Charles E Scrymgeour is my salesman and ever since I bought the car he still contacts me frequently to check with me if there is anything I need his help and attention. Charles is a very knowledge salesman and he can explain to his customer any question that you have about the car in any model. I refer all my friends that need a Mercedes to go to Charles if they want to buy a new or pre-own certified car. One of my co-workers at work bought a pre-own certified GLA Mercedes from Charles last year and he is very happy about the service and knowledge receive from Charles. Charles always gives his customers a five stars service and I am planning to get my further vehicle from Charles again.
