Bought a Tesla Model S plaid from them. They misrepresented the price on the title due to which I have to pay more taxes. Finance dept accepted the error but refused to compensate me. They are rookies regarding closing the deal. For Mercedes, they made my experience horrible. Took 3.5 weeks to come back that the bank didn’t buy my loan. Then they wanted to rewrite the loan For Mercedes, they made my experience horrible. Took 3.5 weeks to come back that the bank didn’t buy my loan. Then they wanted to rewrite the loan at a higher interest, more money down and remove the extended warranty I bought. I offered to pick up my trade in and give them the Benz back but they already shipped out my trade in. Rookies!!! More
