The worst experience ever, I got a car and I can’t use it because the tag is not with the car, and whoever does the tags is on vacations and they use a third party, that company doesn’t answer either… Jasmin because the tag is not with the car, and whoever does the tags is on vacations and they use a third party, that company doesn’t answer either… Jasmine sales agent absolute disrespectful. They lied to me, they told me one price which wasn’t true, delivery was awuful, people didn’t speak English. They told me I had complimentary service attached to my vin and it was also a lie, I have everything written. Denouncing this to the business bureau. this has been a nightmare. More

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. I was promised two keys but received only one. The rear trunk floor panel was hidden under mats and later found broken. The rear subwoofer does not work. Registration paperwork was mishandled, leaving me without a registration or even a temporary placard for weeks. I cannot legally drive the car. Every time I try to resolve one issue, another appears. Communication from the dealership has been poor, and my emails have gone unanswered. This is not what I expected from a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz or from a dealership representing the brand.
