2014 E350 Overall good. But i am extremely disappointed in the fact that i was sold a CPO warranty with the understanding it was the same as factory warranty. Overall good. But i am extremely disappointed in the fact that i was sold a CPO warranty with the understanding it was the same as factory warranty. This is not true....this does not cover everything that a factory warranty cover. I had to pay for a washer fluid reservoir out of pocket. Even though i still have a warranty. This is not acceptable. From beginning to end, my sales consultant, Shane, and the brand manager I just purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLE 350 service loaner from this dealership. From beginning to end, my sales consultant, Shane, and the brand manager, Joe, made the process seamless, quick, and painless. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and Joe made the numbers work - no games and no hidden fees. Joe was straightforward about the numbers and within a few minutes, we had a deal. The F&I manager, Peter, had all the paperwork ready and within a few minutes, all was finished. These three (3) gentlemen were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Joe and Shane.
