60,000 Mile service I didn't know what to expect during this very difficult crisis. My GLK 250 needed service and I needed my adblue to be refilled. My service manager was Marc Wheeler. Marc took care of everything, I can honestly say that the whole experience was smooth and we all kept our physical distance. It was as if everything was normal not what we are experiencing . Marc and Motor World did an excellent job in serving my car and getting it back to me in a reasonable time.Also a big thank you to the technician who completed the work, he or she did a great job. Kudos to Motor World and it's staff for doing their jobs in this trying time. THANKS!!! More

My sales person advised me that I would be able to swing by service to have them fill my windshield washer fluid. Provided of course they weren’t busy with appointments. They filled my fluid and off I went. Quick and easy. I dropped my car off this morning for the install, and they had the loaner ready for me. Quick walk around and I was still earlier for work than I thought I would be. They gave me the perfect loaner, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you! More
