Tim was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I came in for Service A. He walked me through all my options & got me what I needed efficiently. Within 10 minutes I was out the door in my courtesy I came in for Service A. He walked me through all my options & got me what I needed efficiently. Within 10 minutes I was out the door in my courtesy vehicle, which he told me I could keep overnight if traffic seemed too crazy, which I appreciated the offer. They called me back a couple hours later to tell me my vehicle was ready & even sent a quick video walkthrough/analysis from the technician. I was previously going to another dealership for my service, but they definitely won me over. I’ll be back to this location anytime I need something & will be reaching out directly to Tim when I do.
