Jason Wortman and everybody there were so friendly and ready to help. When I picked up the car, Jason explained everything about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with it before I left the lot. The financial paperwork was done in a matter of minutes and nothing extra was shoved in my face.

Jason put up with my 2 year delay of buying my Chevy Volt. He stayed in touch without being a pest, and was very responsive when I contacted him that I was ready to purchase. No pressure, received a deal I was happy with. And I love my volt!

I ordered a new Suburban from Ron at Merit Chev. Everything went very smoothly from the day we picked out my options to the day it was delivered! I especially like how they keep you in tuned to what stage your vehicle is in at the GM plant through a website/email program! I would check almost everyday to see what status it was at and I would also receive email alerts when it moved in the next stage of being built. I would recommend Merit Chev to anyone.
