Polar express save!!! I would like to thank Mike in the service department for being more then prepared to take my vehicle in a crisis situation hours away from home. And o I would like to thank Mike in the service department for being more then prepared to take my vehicle in a crisis situation hours away from home. And on top of that getting me a vehicle to use to make it home for the polar express with my girls. Best part of my holidays so far. Without the awesome team of Mike and Felicia o wouldn't not have been so fortunate. They also turned my vehicle around in a couple of days and I was never inconvienced during this process. For this reason alone I would by my next jeep at metro then in the state of NY. Thanks again for everything Super happy desperate customer Spyder More
Service does not do complete the job yet they charge you for My parents took in their car and had heard complaints so they marked the tires. After paying for an oil change and tire rotation rhetoric left and drove home. My father realized his tires were not rotated and he had to schedule another visit. No compensation was given. I had to take my car there and again same thing. To top it off, if they did do the oil change then they did not reset my computer so I have to take somewhere else to have it reset or just hit the buttons every time I start the car to clear it off the screen. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. After a second chance you couldn't even get it right! The service guys get paid for the amount of cars they fit in for the day; therefore, they cut corners to fit more cars to make more money. More
Unbelievable I stopped into the dealership for service,.. Greeted by Orlando and we went over the service. He informed me that we needed the 30,000 service and I declined because our lease was going to be in a few months. I told him I was going to get some quotes for a possible new lease. He introduced me to Juan Acevedo in the sales department. Juan was very straight forward as we discussed purchasing an upgraded model verses a new lease. Very informative and well versed on his products. By the end of the afternoon we were driving home in the new Ram 2500. Great experience. More
Started good then was all downhill Sale went good with Marlon. Finance went good with Greg. Left dealership not knowing where I was supposed to send payment to. Called and emailed Marlon 4-5x and never heard back. Heard from him when I was buying the truck but didn't get any help from him after the sale. Asked for CarFax, never received. Had to spend $29 and get my own. Two weeks later truck has issues. I contact Marlon, no response of course. I then call service and schedule appointment. It ends up being a frozen caliper, warped rotor and bad hose. I was told by Marlon this truck had been fully serviced and gone right thru. Guess that was a lie. Took service 3 days to fix my truck. Never offered a loaner and when asked I was told they were all out. I pick up truck and drive home. Start smelling bad burning smell. Pull into my driveway and watch smoke just pouring out of other side that they messed with. They replaced p/s front caliper, rotor, hose and brake pads. They also put new brake pads in d/s front. Not sure what they did to it but it's screwed up. Now I get to go back and see if they can actually fix it. Maybe this time I'll actually get a loaner vehicle. Further warranty work will be done at different dealer. More

He was able to satisfy all we were looking for in a Jeep, Including the Step rails! Thank You! Also when I went into the dealership to get the inspection sticker the service staff there was very friendly and efficient. I told them I was limited for time and they were able to get me on the round within a hour. More

Get your Service Elsewhere Had a rather pleasant buying experience here, they seem a little more honorable than most other dealerships in the Bertera chain. Nice. But useless. Brand new vehicle. Had to schedule 2 appointments to get a windshield wiper replaced. Nothing like "wow this is a safety hazard, lets get something on there so you can at least see". Nope. Pretty much got the "so long as you don't get killed by not being able to see by then, we'll have the part in 2 days". Then they put it on and forgot to take the plastic cover off it. Scary when a "tech" can't even change a wiper. Then I've got a faulty door switch. Got a call saying the part came in and scheduled an appointment a week out. Took a day off from work because of it and I get a call late in the afternoon the day before the appointment letting me the know that the part they told me was in really wasn't in and it would be another week. Wasting a day off because of this crap. These guys are worse than the cable company. JDPower just rated Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep and Ram dealers at the bottom of their list for service. Metro just confirmed the findings of that survey were dead on. Taking my business elsewhere and I recommend that you do too. More

I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchased from this dealership, i got an appointment for 10.000 mile service a few days earlier for 8:45 in the morni I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchased from this dealership, i got an appointment for 10.000 mile service a few days earlier for 8:45 in the morning and i told them it is a time restricted situation and i was promised to be out by 10:00am, i walked in at 8:35 and welcomed, was confirmed the appointment and directed to the waiting area by being told someone will be reaching me when its done. 45 mins later i was called to the service area and the question was simple: "what do you need?" i had my mouth way open steering to the guy in the service area, and they started arguing who is going to take care of me, 'no u take him'- no you take him... I started steering at them and finally they came to an agreement on who is going to help me and i was directed the same question again.. " What does your car need today?". My response was simple and quick, "I book an appointment with 10.000 mile service at 8:45, and you are asking me what the car needs at 9:30? and this is the way you talk to a client u got 45 mins delay on? I put my complaints to anyone i know in the dealership, and very frustrated with the way i got treated. when you buy a $16000 car from toyota, they send you home with their curtesy Vans, call you to remind services set up the appointments and everything but When you spend over 50 grand on a jeep, you get this way of treatment. I dont even want to describe the looks of the service staff when i was leaving with nothing done at the place after 1 hr of waiting. More
