This is worst dealership that I’ve dealt with. Please do not go here to get your car serviced. I was told by an employee that I can have my car towed in and that they would be able to diagnose is in a coupl not go here to get your car serviced. Here it is a week later and still no diagnostic has been performed on my vehicle. The service manager does communicate very well, she does not return phone calls, and has a very mean attitude/disposition. If you want to be treated unfairly, without care by all means this is the best place to go! More
I made reservation for my car to be check for transmission problems, brought it in on a Monday morning, and it was taken to the back of the car lot. I call 3-4 days later to inquire about the pro transmission problems, brought it in on a Monday morning, and it was taken to the back of the car lot. I call 3-4 days later to inquire about the problem, could not get thru to the service department. I had to make a trip there to metro ford to get answers for my car. The service rep Eric had no answers, did not know what was going on with my car and stated that he would call me as soon as he knew. Well that did not happen. just to make it short, there service department is very bad for letting people know what is going on with there car, and good luck calling them trying to get thru. More
