My Review Of MetroWest Subaru:
I just purchased my first Subaru (Outback) from Metrowest, and could not be happier.
My decision to purchase a Subaru was made long before deciding on a dealer to work with. With that being the first step, I was then left with the decision of where to buy the car. This was a very involved process, as there are several options in the area. My approach was to visit a dealer, get a sense of what they were looking for, and see if if matched what I was looking for (which by the way was a good deal and a long-term relationship).
What I got from almost all of the not to be named dealers was an attempt to size me up to see how deep my wallet was, a pre-judgement of how I could help them meet their quota for the month, and focus only on a quick, one time sale. No thank you!
What I got with Metrowest, and more specifically Jeff Ricard, was the following. Jeff allowed me to spend time getting to know him, and what he and Metrowest stood for. At no time did he ask how much I had to spend, or try to push me into an immediate sale. At the end of our conversation, we shook hands, and left it at that. I got the information that I needed, and didn't feel pressured. Sign me up!
From there, the negotiation was handled very fairly and was also very transparent. The end result was that I am in a great car, and have linked up with a dealership that I will work with for a very long time.
If you want a dealer that will treat you with respect, and look to provide a win/win outcome, Jeff and Metrowest will deliver that.
