I had a very pleasant experience at the Mitsubishi service center. Jorge & Enrique were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. My issue was resolved without having to leave the car. This dealership has been the worst with service. Since I purchased the vehicle I’ve had nothing but issues. A couple days after purchasing I brought the truck in to get looked at and was told nothin Since I purchased the vehicle I’ve had nothing but issues. A couple days after purchasing I brought the truck in to get looked at and was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After coming back to speak to another service advisor I was told the vehicle had transmission problems and was told to leave the car so they can further look at the vehicle and then order the parts for the truck,drove for 3 months with a bad transmission, and then later on was fixed. Then I brought the truck in multiple times after stating that vehicle had a misfire and I was told that the vehicle had nothing wrong with it even though I have proof showing what was wrong with the vehicle and the check engine light constantly blinking while I am driving. I’ve left the truck multiple times at the dealer so that the tech can look at it and they still say nothing is wrong with it. I’ve missed multiple days of work because I don’t have the transportation and they won’t offer a rental or a loaner vehicle. Now that my extended warranty is almost over is when they want to try and make it seem like they are helping stating for inconvenience. This has been by far the worst experience with a dealer , haven’t had the car for a full year and have had nothing but problems and none of them fixed. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this dealer. Just a scam and horrible service advisor. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! !! Complete scammers. I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with anyone associated with Miami Lakes Auto Mall and especially not Miami Lakes Kia. Be !! Complete scammers. I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with anyone associated with Miami Lakes Auto Mall and especially not Miami Lakes Kia. Beware of the finance manager Lance, he is a complete liar. Was lied to and misled throughout the entire process, expensive things “bundled” into the price without telling me about any of them. You are essentially PAYING for a third party to collect your driving data and sell it. Also the service contracts are completely worthless you are told that they cover all oil changes etc but only cover one every 10k miles, but recommended oil changes are every 8000 miles! They never provide any documentation until several days after the transaction. Then when you are finally able the read the contracts and find out how limited the coverage is and how it is completely different from what was described they make it impossible to cancel them, even the ones that say you can cancel within 30 days. You reach out to cancel and they refuse to help you, send you through 100 hoops and make it impossible. If this dealership has a car you want GO TO ANOTHER DEALER AND ASK THEM TO GET IT FOR YOU, THEY CAN!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS! More
