I would recommend Sheila, not the financing team, I would suggest using your own. We have bought several GM vehicles in the past and never had an issue with financing. We wanted to put a 5k down payment and we always use our GM credit card for this, we were limited to 3k and used my debit card to pay the rest. With that said, my debit card was charged twice for 1500.00, total 3k. Thankfully I have the funds to cover it, however, at the time of this survey it is still not in my account and hoping it won't be overdrawn in the next few days. Sheila has told me it's on its way back to my account, just not sure when? It's very frustrating that different GM dealers have different rules about deposits. If we would have been able to use the card as we thought, we would not have an issue with my bank account right now. Very frustrating!! Also, we were expecting another $400.00 off as we choose GM financing and did not get that. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have choose my CU with a better rate!! Very frustrating and didn't find out until we were at financing and signing on Friday night. More

Bob did a great job helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. While it wasn’t in stock at that dealership, he was able to find it at another one and got me exactly what I wanted. Stands By GM not Customer On Sept 18 I was in to have a wind deflector replaced. The Service dept refused to submit it under GM's Bumper to Bumper warranty. I own a 2018 Chevy On Sept 18 I was in to have a wind deflector replaced. The Service dept refused to submit it under GM's Bumper to Bumper warranty. I own a 2018 Chevy Malibu that is still covered. Midway lost a loyal customer that day. GM lost a loyal customer that day. To renig on the warranty is unforgivable. To think i had trust that GM made quality cars is a farce. as I prepare to buy a new truck I know one thing it will not be a GM. More

Great emergency service It was around 50 degrees and my 2017 equinox 's electric window became stuck open. Used car shopper beware The salesman was helpful in getting us the background of the Tahoe we were looking at. It was still a 15,000$ vehicle but they refused to do the neces The salesman was helpful in getting us the background of the Tahoe we were looking at. It was still a 15,000$ vehicle but they refused to do the necessary 2000$ repairs to make it right. They replaced the engine with a used one with 120,000 miles on it.It had bad rear shocks(which they fixed eighteen months ago according to Car fax) front control arms and front seal was leaking. Just make sure that anything you buy you have checked over very well. They seem to be passing on broken vehicles as good used cars and then refuse to make them right. I rarely ever have problems with new cars dealers having cars with known issues and them not be willing to repair them... I guess this one is a special case. More
