After a HORRIBLE experience at Meto Ford I decided to get rid of the 2016 transit connect in lieu of anther vehicle that's NOT a ford. I Found this dealership online and reached out. MANY sales folk reached out to me in which Mr. Pals had me to meet Kiko. I went to the dealership and met John Franko until Kiko came in and he started the whole process. I looked at several vehicles that didn't meet my needs. Kiko came in and after a few of my looks he asked me what I thought of a Chrysler Pacifica; I didn't know much of it besides it s van. He explained the benefits of the van and why it would be a perfect fit for me; This told me that he listened to all my needs. he had Mr. Franko go get it and we went for a test drive. I was hooked. Mr. Franko showed me a whole lot of the functionality of the van and my choice was made clear. We came back and they worked out a deal for me; Now understand I didn't know what my chances was but they made it happen! I filled out forms, signed forms and RANG THE GONG FOR A NEW SALE! I am beyond happy with what I got. Now ALL used vehicles will have some issues when you buy yet some of the GOOD Used Cars will have minute fixes that won't cost you alot of money. Right now I'm looking at an aux battery issue and maybe an o2 sensor needs to be changed but so far that's it! As a Chef that travels all across Chicago and the suburbs I NOW have a vehicle that can get me there and then some! More than ever I can make things work at EVERY Vendor Location I need to me thanks to Midwest Ram Dodge. They Made My Day after such a horrific time the day before. More
