Alsop is a very honest and caring auto Dealer they sold me a Jeep liberty and even delivered it to my house as I live in Danville il. They did this for free so I could test drive it and decide if I wanted me a Jeep liberty and even delivered it to my house as I live in Danville il. They did this for free so I could test drive it and decide if I wanted it. I found that it had been in a minor accident and had a cracked air conditioner condenser. They allowed me to take it to my mechanic here and paid for the repair entirely. They have gone so far and above anything a normal dealer would do . I could not be more pleased with the service I received from them. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. More

Good dealership, friendly sales team and great vehicles to chose from. Only issue I have is whoever is in charge of processing the paperwork is unbelieveably slow, over two weeks to payoff my trade in and to chose from. Only issue I have is whoever is in charge of processing the paperwork is unbelieveably slow, over two weeks to payoff my trade in and I'm at day 28 and I still do not have my paperwork that I need to get plates. Legally, they have 31 days but I have never waited this long and just because you are allowed 31 days, does NOT mean you have to take full advantage of that fact. In this day and age, just about everything is electronic and happens in minutes, not days. I do however love my car and Mark, my salesman, was fantastic throughout the deal. Just light a fire under the office staff to get them moving. More

These guys sold me a c5 corvette with bad valve seals(burns a lot of oil) leaking front main seal, rear main seal, timing cover gasket. The camshaft bolt was almost completely backed out. Whoever their lead technician is needs to be fired, he left multiple bolts on the car hand tight creating leaks and clunking noises. THIS PLACE POLISHES TURDS AND FLIPS THEM!!! More
