Terrible service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SERVICE HERE. I came for a check engine light with random multiple misfires on my VW Tiguan, and they ripped me off and done u DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SERVICE HERE. After Sale Service Dylan Frizzell was the Tech responsible for conducting my new car Follow-Up service and consultation. He answered all of my questions and walked me through procedures that I was still a little fuzzy on for the many different aspects of vehicle operation. When I asked about a feature that I thought my car had Dylan let me know that he would like to check into it and get back to me. Dylan contacted me two days later via phone and email with the answer to my question. Dylan also was also very helpful when I was in the dealership at a later date by answering additional questions about my vehicle's operation. He walked to the car with me and looked at a problem I was having and gave information on how to help correct it and maintain my vehicle in the future. Thank you Dylan for the extra time and effort! I have a 2013 2500 HD Chevy pickup and I was due an oil change. I came across the quick lube line and I was in and out in no time which is why I went there to begin with, not a whole lot of time to sit ar change. The few minutes I was there the parts counter guy answered a few pricing questions, received free hot coffee and a salesman answered questions about the new 14 vette for me.
