My recent experience negotiating with Matt Koen of the Acquisition Team at Mike Maroone Honda was unprofessional. I presented a fair market price for my car. He then addressed me in a condescending and inappropriate manner, calling me "babe," before loudly declaring he was ‘closing this lead.’ More

Quoted me $4,300 and one of the things they said I needed to change was a timing belt (I have a timing chain so it's not even a real thing).
