Buying a vehicle without seeing it in person is usually a huge no for me, but Brandon Calvin completely changed that. I only had one day to arrive, pick up the truck, and continue my drive to South Carolina, and Brandon respected that from the start. He was honest, patient, and upfront the entire time. Brandon sent me a personalized walk-around video through their iPacket that showed the vehicle in detail, explained every add-on that came with it, and walked me through what Nissan Certified Pre-Owned actually means. The CPO coverage was a big reason I chose this truck over a regular used one, and he never tried to gloss over anything or rush me. I spent about four days shopping remotely and dealt with multiple dealerships across Nissan, Toyota, Ford, and Kia. Most of them hid add-on fees, played games with out-of-state taxes, or kept changing numbers. Brandon did the opposite. He gave me clear out-the-door pricing, stayed consistent, and was completely transparent even when I fact-checked everything. There were no surprise fees and no “internet price” tricks. What really stood out was how he handled my situation. Brandon never guilted me, never pressured me, and went back to management multiple times to make sure the deal worked for my budget and timeline. Even with the time difference, he kept me informed and made the entire process smooth. I felt comfortable and confident the whole way through, which is rare when buying a car, especially sight unseen. I would absolutely work with Brandon Calvin and Rezi Nissan again and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future. More
