There were fresh chocolate chip cookies delivered at Christmas and an informative dinner meeting in February with great food and prizes. We did not drive the Subaru that night and still got the vehicle we drove valet parked and washed! She loves the cappuccino machine and free car washes :) Thank You Greeley Subaru!! More

When it was time for me, I was actually in a different location, but due to Gene's amazing and unbeatable customer service I waited to buy my new Subaru until I was back in Greeley. Steve also was amazing when he was showing me my new car. Now, every time that I go back to Greeley Subaru for service or just for a car wash they are extremely friendly and I feel like a part of the family. Great satisfying day. We went into dealership with specific requirements in mind. We needed a car that accelerated fast to get onto highway from our road. We wanted leather heated seats. Seats that were easier to adjust when changing drivers. Seat back that were comfortable for both of us would be great. We got all of "wants" and the bonus of working with the most enjoyable, patient, knowledgeable staff. They discussed items on paperwork that we should consider. They got in car and spent and hour teaching us about all the bells and whistles. We learn about particulars of this car in our question and answer session. We left feeling that the staff were friends, A place where we could run in and ask questions or just get a cup of coffee while my car was washed. More
