Service department takes advantage of out of town workers. Truck towed to dealership while out of town working. Quoted 18000 for a motor, diagnostic report stated 22000 for a motor. Had towed back to home of record and local dealership fixed with 700 dollar radiator. Caught service manager in numerous lies. Be aware if you take your car to their service department. They will lie, over charge, and lie to cover themselves. Sad a dealership in a military town takes advantage of our soldiers and veterans like myself. Will never return to dealership, and will buy another Dodge. More

PRICE GUAGING. I have owned Ram truchks since 1997. I purchased a new truck from dealership in November. I took my truck in for an oil change the service person inf I have owned Ram truchks since 1997. I purchased a new truck from dealership in November. I took my truck in for an oil change the service person informed me I needed fuel filters also and told me they would cost $425.00. This is my 4th diesel have never paid that much for fuel filters but told him to put them in. When I got home I checked another source for the filters and Mopar filter would cost me $120.00 compaired theirs at $256.00, on top of that they charged me $169.95 to put 2 filters on. More

We traveled multiple times over two hours to this dealership and it was well worth the trip The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and did not pressure us while we looked at the selections. We found exactly what we wanted , offered at a fair price and they negotiated with us very fairly. There was also a small mechanical issue with the car that they jumped all over to fix and would not release until we were totally satisfied. We need more dealers like this where we live. Shady Business Practices I purchased a 2010 JKU with Factory Warranty remaining plus Extended Warranty for 5years 100k miles from Mike Toler Chrysler in Morehead City, NC. I f I purchased a 2010 JKU with Factory Warranty remaining plus Extended Warranty for 5years 100k miles from Mike Toler Chrysler in Morehead City, NC. I find out today the Finance Manager, that is no longer with the company, sold me a 13 Month Warranty, not the 6 year 100K I expected.  I have an additional 34K miles on vehicle since purchase with a major service issue, and no Zurich Warranty Coverage. Dealer is claiming the warranty start date was retroactive when the original owner purchased the vehicle, 4+ years prior.
