I have just purchased my second vehicle from Bill Gretes of Heritage Honda. As during my first experience eight years ago, this was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Gretes is a very seasoned car sales professional with a very curteous manner and a great deal of knowledge and experience. He is a person of honor and integrity who is an advocate for his loyal customers. When I produced a price quote below the sales price his dealership offered me, he readily worked with his sales manager to meet that price.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
We looked at three Accords and drove one of them. The sales rep's attitude has been just fine since the beginning. His attitude became worse when we started to negotiate the price. The sales rep and the manager were not honest and were not friendly. I said the car had an accident because the left fender was repainted. The sales rep said accidents don't reduce a car's value. The manager said buy a Civic if this car is over your budget.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
I have been a loyal customer of heritage Honda since November of 2001, when I bought my first Honda, a 2002 CRV. There was no question in my mind that I would go back to them when my car was totaled in an accident on 9/7/09. I got an 09 Civic and once again, my sales experience was stellar. Keith was wonderful to work with - Dan O'Neil answered my request for a quote very quickly. My favorite service tech is Rob Peters, what a great guy. Do not hesitate to buy your next new/used Honda from heritage, you will not be sorry!

Quality of service was outstanding. They were of course very friendly but they were concerned with my needs. The salesman owner an Element so he has been extremely helpful with any questions or soncerns I had about the car. The price was much better then anyother dealer. Basicly, yes they wanted to sell me a car but they wanted to sell me the right one for my need at a price I could afford. They were not pushy with options or extras, but explained everything I was looking at or for.
My experience was wonderful and would and am recommending them to people who are looking for a car!

Rob was great! Very low pressure but yet very informative, he walked us through the entire process so their were no surprises. I cant recommend Rob and Heritage enough, they really seem to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident about the purchase. I recommend everyone to go to Heritage and see Rob!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
This was the best car purchase I have ever experienced and it was for a used car! All of my cars have always been new buys but since I have a teenager I won't need a van for much longer and decided to buy a used one to tie me over for the next two years as my old van was, well, really old (10 years).

From the time my husband and I found our van on Vehix to the time we signed the deal (two weeks later) we were never pressured by our sales person Chuck Tracy. He kept the van to the side for us until we made the purchase and we are very grateful.

Additionally the van was exactly in the condition advertised and we got the price promised online. Perfect from start to finish!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
Our sales experience today was exceptional from initial contact to delivery of our CRV. Hal Neat provided a quote soon after we made the request. The quote was clear, spelled out all details, and provided ample time for response. The quote was reasonable considering the low inventory left after the CARS program. The quote was also consistent with the average sales price in the area and over $700 lower than the quote from another dealer. We called before coming in and were further impressed ... Dan Alban said the car would be washed, waxed, and ready for the test drive. Dan worked with us at the dealership - test drive, paperwork, navigation set-up, orientation, and plates. The price we paid matched our quote ... no surprises, no high pressure sales. The entire process was so efficient, smooth, and painless that we still can't believe how pleasant and easy it was. Hal and Dan were thorough, professional, and friendly throughout. If you want excellent customer service and value your time, talk to Hal or Dan - you won't be disappointed.

Other pluses regarding the dealership ... The location is convenient, just off 695. There's also a small but nice play room for the little ones that may be with you. It's evident that this dealership gave a lot of thought in recruiting their staff and designing their facilities for customer service! Way to go!!!

This has been the best experience ever. My first time ever buying a new car, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mok Bsaiso and Jared Wesifeld were very helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I purchased the car I wanted with good rates. They answered all my questions, anticipated the ones I hadn't asked yet, and all answers were clear and concise.

I can see why this dealership was very busy if everyone that works there is anything like these two people. I've never really been a customer for life kind of person, but I do value the personal touch in a sales-oriented environment, I will be going back for all my service needs.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH HERITAGE HONDA AT PARKVILLE. OUR SALESMAN, MOK BSAISO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT EVER BEING PUSHY. I APPRECIATED THE CALM MANNER HE DEALT WITH US, ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS (I ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS), AND GIVING US AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED. HE FOCUSED ONLY ON US AND DID NOT RUSH US AT ALL. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE CRV WE WANTED FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE FEATURES AND COMPONENTS OF THE CRV UPON PICK UP. THE FINANCE GUY, SETH WAS VERY HELPFUL ALSO, HELPING US TO ATTAIN A LOW INTEREST RATE AND GUIDING US THROUGH THE WHOLE FINANCIAL PROCESS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VERHICLE FROM HERE OR TO RECOMMEND PARKVILLE HERITAGE HONDA TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
