My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
I live in DC but found Heritage (north side of Baltimore) through an excellent price quote over the internet. After a long unhappy experience with another Honda dealer closer to home (ourisman), I got out to Heritage late in the day last Saturday. There were just no negative surprises: they had the car we discussed; quickly had it ready to test drive; not even a hint of bargaining or add-ons to price -- their internet bid was good and that was it; very efficient moving the paperwork knowing I needed to get back to DC; and overall were friendly and straight about the whole transaction. I dealt mostly with Dan Alban and Dan O'Neil, but a couple others (including Mike in finance) were also friendly and efficient. I'll make the drive again when my spouse needs a new Honda.

I visited the place to purchase new Accord EX - L .The sales person I worked with
Micael(Mike) Ademiluyi is super .Mike knows what exactly we are looking for and
I came home with my new Accord EX- L .Awesome Mike !!
Great people and I will give my five stars to the people I worked with --the
Finance Mgr Mr Jared was not at all pushing things and I can say from my buying car
experience Heritage Honda deserves to be the best !!!

I was given one price over the internet. Showed up to test drive it and even got a worksheet with the same price on it. Left expecting to pick up the car the next day and got a call from the salesperson telling me that they could not honor the price and that it was now going to cost me over $2,000 more because they "made a mistake". They did not disagree that they had provided me the quote or that they had promised that price when I was in the store. This reminds me of the bait and switches that had been outlawed long ago.

The exeperience I had here was wonderful. The 3 guys that helped me were nice, Patient and took good care of me they couldn't find the car I wanted and took the time to locate it on the lot it was behind 4 other cars. I got a great deal and love my new car. I would recommend all of my family and friends to go here. 100% the best!!

I had a very positive experience at Heritage Honda. The salesman I worked with, Jamie Caslinwas informative and helpful without being pushy. He went out of his way to make sure I was finding the best car possible for me, including my lifestyle and budget. I felt I was given a good price on the vehicle. They worked hard to find the exact car I wanted. The man I worked with to go through the financing options was a bit pushy and was somewhat rude. But that was a small portion of my overall experience. I was very pleased with the service I received, how I was treated, the deal I got on the car, and most importantly the car itself.

i cannot say enough good things about our experience with heritage honda. from the very beginning,emails back and forth with hal neat,internet manager, opened the door for a good car buying experience. our salesman , ken davis was AWESOME no pushy tactics, just wnated us to get teh car we wanted. i would send any of my friends and family here for a great new car adventure. and...i LOVE my new honda fit :O)

We just purchased a new Accord. Our experience was great. Dan made us fell at home and
was extremely helpful. There was no pressure to buy. Dan answered all our questions
and helped with valuable information in order for us to make a selection. We felt we had a friend in Dan. We should also extend thanks to The F&I personnel who were

Dan was very patient with us even though it was the end of the day for him.He answered all of our questions and helped negotiate a price we were happy with. He went over the entire operation of the car before we left. We bought our last car there and we would go back again.
