I was traveling through on my way home and lost my key fob in a drainage ditch. The dealership tried to program a second fob I had but it didn’t work. They got me a new one overnight and had it program fob in a drainage ditch. The dealership tried to program a second fob I had but it didn’t work. They got me a new one overnight and had it programmed shortly after it arrived. They also provided me a ride to/from the hotel with my two small dogs. Everyone, including the shuttle driver, was super kind to me and the dogs. I am an older widowed woman who travels alone (with her dogs) for work.
