Recently had my grand cherokee in for service and to fix a clunk coming from the right rear suspension area. They charged me $175 diagnostic fee. They changed a $250 piece of moulding. They had my car for t a clunk coming from the right rear suspension area. They charged me $175 diagnostic fee. They changed a $250 piece of moulding. They had my car for two days and finally told me they couldn’t find the source of the noise. Now the inside of my car smells like a grease xxxxxx and the clunk is just as bad as ever. The service department is outstanding. I made an appointment for the following day (dropped car off night before) and oil change, tire rotation was done in less than hour. I needed a fuel tank skid plate installed as mine was rotting out, part was in stock and service got me in for repair in a timely fashion. No fuss, very pleased. rotting out, part was in stock and service got me in for repair in a timely fashion. No fuss, very pleased. More

I wasn't going to review but then you sent me a 2nd text after I had replied STOP. I was told your dealership doesn't accept coupons after dropping at the lock box. OK so I saw the miniscule, curled up tape after I had replied STOP. I was told your dealership doesn't accept coupons after dropping at the lock box. OK so I saw the miniscule, curled up taped sign on the back of the monitor next me, it wasn't on the monitor I was in front of. You did honor the coupon with adding as a one time courtesy warning. If you don't honor or accept coupons can you explain why your very own website offers the exact same coupons as I presented? That coupled with Carl trying to tell me that my wipers were worn out and the source of their skipping when those wipers were replaced mid Aug 22 while on vacation makes me feel devalued as a customer. I felt as if you were trying to take advantage of me and add up un-neccesary fees. It also makes me wonder if all the other little checks offered with oil change were even performed... not sure if I will go back even though this location is less than 3 miles from where I live. Right now lack of confidence is over riding proximity. More
