I went to get an oil change, tire rotation and to have them check my AC unit because it stopped working. After two plus hours the service representative told me the AC is blowing hot air, they had replace them check my AC unit because it stopped working. After two plus hours the service representative told me the AC is blowing hot air, they had replaced a blown fuse in the hvac system and it was going to cost $1,250 before tax for additional diagnostic and that's not including the parts and labor fees they are going to add. I paid $178 for the diagnostic and went to Midas in Stratford CT and within a half hour i was told my AC is working fine. So I paid $178 for them to change a fuse and they were willing to charge me at least a thousand plus more to find something. The service representative even suggested i change my brand new battery i bought from Autozone because it was after market. Midas tested the battery and it's working fine. Please don't go there, you will get robbed. More

The oil change went fine. This was the second visit for a noise the front end makes. This time I took someone for a ride so they could hear it. The person heard it and I explained when it makes the noise. I was repeatedly told how much the diagnostic would be. When I picked up the car I was told they could not find the issue or repeat the noise. So basically wasted another day for this issue. The service person was saying something about bringing it back. Why would I waste any more time on an issue you apparently cant find. I specifically made an appointment to correct this, took the time to show you the problem. My time is important to me. I refuse to continue to waste my time to be told the issue cannot be recreated. More
After a couple of snafus, the service department was efficient and accommodating in resolving my alternator problem. I was not told I would be charged for inspecting noisy brakes and they still make noise. They did not resolve the screeching noise. Was very unhappy with first visit from the 16th when I brought the vehicle in for the check engine light. I left the vehicle until the 18th. When I picked it up the check engine light went on on the 19th. brought the vehicle in for the check engine light. I left the vehicle until the 18th. When I picked it up the check engine light went on on the 19th. I called on Friday the 20th and was told the earliest they could schedule me was the following Monday. That same morning Connor McGraw called me at home to ask what the problem was. I explained it to him and he asked me if the Monday appointment was ok. I said to him, did I have a choice? About 1/2 hr later he called me and said to get the vehicle in asap that morning. I brought it in and the tech, Bill who had worked on the vehicle the first time, rectified the problem quickly. He also replaced the rear brake light that was out. I was very impressed by Connor who took an interest in resolving my issue and in Bill the tech, who quickly fixed the problem. It was a very good save. More
