I was very disappointed. I took my 2015 Rav in for a recall on 4/18/2025. A young lady greeted me, signed in the job and it was done in about 45 minutes. Dan S., the service manager, was not there and I did not see a name tag so I can't tell you who she was though I believe she was Maria.
