I have used this dealership for 16 years and always been satisfied with the service and sales departments. There appears to have been quite a turnover in both departments and with that I understand there i satisfied with the service and sales departments. There appears to have been quite a turnover in both departments and with that I understand there is some training needed, etc. I was somewhat disappointed the last two times I've been in with communication from the service department employees, hoping it will improve with time. The last time I was in there were people in the sales department standing around the popcorn machine swearing and carrying on about a call with someone. It was very unprofessional and they both saw me sitting in the waiting area and continued their conversation. I am hoping things will improve because I'd like to keep my business there but I will be taking it elsewhere if it doesn't soon. More

My family has been with Honda since the Tanner Honda days and the service department has changed significantly since the early 2000’s. Some members of the team are great but appointment availability, parts a and the service department has changed significantly since the early 2000’s. Some members of the team are great but appointment availability, parts availability and attention to detail is not what it used to be. We’ve kept going back because there are times when the team members and quality are very good and then the next dealing is less than desirable. So, fingers crossed that you can retain quality employees who strive to give great service. With the higher cost of cost of everything, I hope the company passes on profits to their employees to incentivize them to stay AND provide quality service. More
