Staff are friendly, professional, and keep me informed of the progress of my repairs. Enzo has been my advisor for a year and communicates with me well on the status of my repairs/service. We were on vacation when our key fobs batteries ran low. We knew it had to be taken care of immediately or we could find ourselves stranded. The Honda dealership in Williamsburg came to our rescue. A very good place to buy a car. Friendly staff who don't coerce you into something you really don't want or need. I had only one bad experience in 24 years with a service person who added service onto my bill that I didn't ask for. He wouldn't give me the price he verbally stated to me and the bill was$300.00 when he quoted me $160.00. I have never forgotten him for screwing me over.But overall it is a very good dealership. They sold me a lemon. Been dealing with this nightmare for 5 months now. That's when I bought it. It's like all off days are here with no resolve. I have always talked to Tot Ingrahm he is very kind..Today i met Joey Bruce he explained e years. The service department has always treated me great.
