He's a real professional. We appreciate all of the staff we've encountered over the years. Gary Smith is a real gem, checking in with us occasionally ever since we purchased our first Honda with him in 2008. From the receptionists, to cashier, to parts department, to service techs, to finance department...all top notch! Appreciate the little extras too - courtesy van, massage on Mondays, clean facilities, quiet waiting room, etc. More
