I came in for an oil change on my 2024 Tundra and brought the OEM steel skid plate to replace the felt one. The oil change already requires removing and reinstalling the skid plate, and the higher trims come with the same steel plate from the factory. The process is identical. Still, they tried to charge me extra for literally doing nothing more. The priority here is squeezing every dollar out of you, not customer service. More

A few months ago the 2024 Tacoma began to show up at dealerships. I said I needed to sit on one and check it out to see if it would work for me. I was just wanting to check the interior size because I dealerships. I said I needed to sit on one and check it out to see if it would work for me. I said if I can sit in one to see if the size fits I will put a deposit on a Limited. They said it would possibly be months before there would be one I could check out. I moved on to another dealer and had my truck in a few days. Now I drive my new truck by their dealership and see dozens of 2024 Tacoma trucks. A shame I had to drive two hours away to buy when they are four miles from my house. More

Purchased a used suburban a week ago only drove 200 miles before the check engine light came on, and it has the obnoxious loud tick, possible lifter issue. I scanned it and it reads number 7 misfire. Jesse has been checking in with throught the day which I am greatful for. I am praying they uphold the 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. Reading some of these comments I am very skeptical. If they honor the warranty and fix it I will change the rating. Not a happy camper at the moment.
