They should be in jail but, they are pretty slick with their deceptive ways. Bought a car two years ago took it for evaluation and took it back. Traded for another car and took that to be evaluated and their deceptive ways. Bought a car two years ago took it for evaluation and took it back. Traded for another car and took that to be evaluated and it had approx. $2300. for repairs told Mirabella I would have it repaired and they said "oh no cheaper for us to have it done" so Dean came to my house and picked up the car and left the other car that I had taken back as the loaner while the car was being repaired. I NEVER saw that car again or my license plate. After hiring a private investigator and atty and getting the Tampa police involved I found out they sold the car on Ebay. The Tampa police detective told me that because they had not signed my Bill of Sale which was a "slight of hand" that she could not arrest them. So, they titled the car that was the original car that I took back to them without my knowing it and one day the forged title shows up in my mail. The Tampa police told me that deceptive practice was common for them and Tallahassee had many claims against them. So, I was not successful in putting them in jail and the current title that I do have has fraud attached to it because it was fraud but, I need to get that released as this is the only car I have and I paid $30,000 cash and can't get my title freed. The woman at DMV says "when you go to the dealership to trade just have them call the fraud dept they will release the title????" What...I need this title now and have waited for the DMV to release it and they know full well the complete story. they are now unresponsive. I have a police detective, private investigator and all my paperwork but, I am getting no where and this has been a nightmare. I would love to make them pay....frustrated... More
In August I found a vehicle on Ebay that was being auctioned by Mirabella Motors. I placed a bid however the auction never met its reserve so the auction ended without a winner. When I saw they add auctioned by Mirabella Motors. I placed a bid however the auction never met its reserve so the auction ended without a winner. When I saw they added the vehicle back for sale I got in touch with Tony Mirabella. He let me know he lowered the reserve and that If I wanted the vehicle I could send him a deposit and he would close the auction. Before I sent the deposit I expressed some concern since I was unable to go and see the vehicle in person. On the phone Tony went out of his way to assure me he was a “reputable dealer” and that I would be “happy with the vehicle”. I thought it prudent to send him a quick email which spelled out that if the vehicle didn’t match the description that I would receive my deposit back within 30 days. After sending the deposit I immediately scheduled an independent inspector to go and check out the vehicle. Tony passed me off to another employee to get the inspection scheduled and after a couple of weeks they were able to retrieve the vehicle from another auction and make it available for inspection. The inspector was to review paint, interior, and quality of maintenance. They also perform a test drive however for some reason that day the vehicle wasn’t able to be driven. In any case the inspection report came back with photos and a narrative that indicated poor color match and door jam and fender mis alignment. An airbox that was stuffed with leaves and greasy hand prints on the interior door (Light Gray Interior). When I got back in touch with Tony to let him know I would like my deposit back he initially wasn’t available. Then after several weeks he was “slammed since getting home” and that he would “get to it next week”. After a week or so I followed up again and he asked me the address where to send the refund. After another week or so I followed up again and he asked for a copy of the inspection report. After another week or so and on regular intervals I’ve followed up with him and their office through email, text, and phone calls. I have been ducked and dodged with no answers except a request to not leave a negative review and “I’ll follow up with Tony”. My deposit was on the magnitude of thousands of dollars which as of now it seems I’ll have to file a small claims suit in order to recoup. Since i'm out of state I’ll have to pay an attorney to stand on my behalf. Long story short, I would exercise caution if you plan to purchase a vehicle from them. Your experience may vary but after some research I’ve found this may be a typical experience. More

On October 9, 2019 we traded in our Hyundai Sonata 2013 for a range rover Evoque 2016. We clearly indicated to the owners and the salesman that my wife was seven months pregnant and we wanted a safe SUV fo for a range rover Evoque 2016. We clearly indicated to the owners and the salesman that my wife was seven months pregnant and we wanted a safe SUV for her and the baby. We agreed upon the moment of purchase to go ahead and do the repairs on the lettering on the front of the automobile. Dean the salesman said they would repair the brake pads and the visors inside the car. We were notified that we would have a loaner car to be provided while they do the repairs. Then we were notified not to come in that day and come in a different day so that the car will be ready to use as a loaner. When we finally arrive that day we were notified that we would have to wait two hours because there was no loaner car available. It was lunchtime so I went ahead and rented a car from enterprise and texted the dealership and the salesman and told him to take his time on the repairs and I can even come back tomorrow that there was no rush and to please do it all correct since the car was there. 30 minutes later he texted me that the job was done. ?????Again 30 minutes later he said they fixed the front and back brake pads. When we Left the dealership the brakes were still loudly squeaking. The next We went to a local mechanic and he inspected the brake pads and he indicated that they were never replaced and were all the way down. Again these folks sold us the car that had insufficient breaks to a pregnant woman. I went ahead and notified the owner of it And he said and I quote “we should just deal with “ it because the car was as is. One more time. These guys had no problem putting a seven month pregnant woman in an unsafe car. I realize we are not purchasing an $80,000 autoMobile like a lot of their customers but that’s no reason to treat us any less than any other customer.. I have never experienced this in my entire life. I want everyone to know about the dealership because I don’t want somebody else getting in an automobile and God for bid something happening to them because of this nefarious dealership. People say used car dealers have no scruples but I try to give everybody a fair chance. These folks fit themselves right into that box of that stereotype and they did it all by themselves. If Anybody has any questions I’m not hiding and They are more than welcome to email me at JCovernpc@gmail.com And I Will provide any documentation of proof that they would like to see in reference to the situation..
