My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
If you are thinking about buying a Hyundai, or just want to check them out, this is the place to go. We were actually considering another manufacturer, but decided just to see what Hyundai had to offer.
Ken started at the beginning with letting us test ride various models and was extremely patient in doing so. He is laid back, friendly and very knowledgeable, great qualities in a salesperson. He has a great future ahead of him! We did not feel pressured and made our decision based on research and test rides and bought a beautiful Elantra Touring.
Tim Moore in finance was equally down to earth. When we had an issue that needed to be addressed, he was very helpful and said "We want you to be happy." I think that this is the way Mirak operates and is the reason why we will have our service taken care of by them as well.

A dealer can have the best product in the world, but if they do not service, what they sell, they have nothing. The folks at Mirak Chevrolet are First Class! They treat their customers like family, and they do what they say they will do. Thet are proactive regarding your needs, not simply reactive to a concern. They keep you informed as to the progress of any issue, and resolve customers concerns in an outstanding manner.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Mirak Chevrolet, they are not some nameless entity that shouts at you on TV, they are folks that you will send your friends and family to, for sales and service.

My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
I was looking to buy a new car and on a recommendation of a friend, I decided to visit Mirak Hyundai. Upon arrival I was met by Ken Wright and glad I did. Ken was great from the start. He was friendly, informed and most of all , kept my needs and wants in mind. He did not pressure me in any way. Quite the opposite. He took his time to explain the differences in the models I was interested in and answered all my questions. After some added research and contacting other dealers, I ended up where I knew I would...back to Ken and Mirak. He was as patient as he was helpful, professional and sincere. To be honest, I am sure I drove him crazy but he never let on and continued to show patience and courtesy. I finally settled on my 2009 Elantra GLS.

I also met with Business Manager Tim Moore. Once again, I was met by a professional, friendly and helpful person. Tim helped me with my financing, explaining all options and never pressured me into purchasing anything I did not need.

When I picked up my car, Ken helped me through all the dreaded registration paperwork and also introduced me to Paul DiFeo in the Service department. Paul was as friendly and professional and made me feel at ease and valued as a customer.

I highly recommend Mirak Hyundai and will continue to do business with them to have my new Elantra maintained and serviced.

My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
I brought my car in for bodywork caused by an accident that was the other guys fault. Doug at Mirak helped me through the insurance paperwork process (I had never had to do this before), which was very helpful. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, from estimate, to ordering my parts, to the estimated time my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I almost didn't recognize it. Not only was the body work impeccable but the paint job made my car look better than when I rolled it off the sales lot 10 years ago! And to my surprise they had cleaned every inch of my car as well -- we're talking inside and out (including getting the rust off my tire rims). The ease of working with this dealership and the frieldly atmosphere, coupled with the beautiful work they did have turned me into a customer should I ever need work again.

I bought my car 0n 5-6-09 the day i picked it up it was making a low wineing noise the salesman told me they just installed a new belt and it would probably decrease when the belt breaks in. Well it did,nt so i called the dealerships service department with that funny feeling you get in the pit of your stomach.surpriseing enough they were prompt courtiest and beleave it or not very friendly im glad i bought my car there no fooling.

My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
Was surprised to see so many complimentary reviews for Mirak on this site. It looks staged to me. If you look at other sites, you will see quite the opposite and a real eye opener of the terrible experiences people have had with this particular car dealer. Make sure you check them out to get the whole picture and a more accurate one of this dealer.

Quite the bad sales experience here. What I found hard to believe is that they actually have two different prices on cars there: the list price on the car in the lot and a totally different one listed on their website for the same vehicle. This is when the salesman offers you the price listed on the web (the lesser price of the two) and actually acts like he's doing you a favor. I believe the salesman did use the word "favor" too.

Never heard of two prices on the same car before. Didn't appreciate this slick sales tactic and got out of there quick! I ended up going to another dealer who had only one price for a vehicle of the same make and model and you could actually get a good deal.

I was recommended by a family member to Mirak for body work needed on my
mercedes sedan. Mirak not being a Mercedes dealership I was skeptical on how the final product would come out. I was going on vacation and brought the car down last minute (week before )to see if they could accomadate me and Bruce was wonderful. He said that he could take care of the car while I was on vacation and gave me an estimate in a manner of minutes. The car came out beautiful, I would highly recommend Bruce and Mirak for any type of Service required, friendly and professional. A great experience.

My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
Called ahead of time and asked if they needed an 07 Chevy Malibu, and they said YES, come on in to get appraised. Came in, they appraised and rejected the car (there is nothing wrong with the car), and I told him "If you didn't need one, why did you make me come in?" His answer was an excuse, so I won't bother referring anyone to their dealership. They don't understand that when a dealership is rude, they won't get any referrals.

I live in Cambridge, so it wasn't an issue coming in regarding distance, however, being busy I felt that my time was wasted, and I agree with the rating that "Eternity" gave, they weren't friendly at all, they acted as if they were being bothered. If they were bothered, why tell the person on the phone that they could definitely use an 07 Chevy Malibu? How do they know that eventually I would buy another car.

My Review of Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai:
Living in a new area finding a location to service my vehicle was a daunting task. I asked around and had heard good things about the Mirak Service department. I made an appoinment and showed up as soon as the service department opened at 9. I spoke with Paul who was very friendly and accomadating, he took my information and I waited while a technician diagnosed my problem. About 30 minutes later, the technician had diagnosed my problem and Paul offered the courtesy shuttle to help me get a ride home. I was kept up to date on progress throughout the day and was lucky to find that the problem was under warantee and fixed within one day. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car, but they also found an underlying problem that needed to be fixed, also without charge. This service department, and Paul in particular went above and beyond in all aspects of service, I will never take my car elsewhere for work, even routine maintence.
