We had a billing issue with the service department. Cole went more than above and beyond to correct the issue. It was handled both fair and professionally. He represented Mitch Hall as a business with Cole went more than above and beyond to correct the issue. It was handled both fair and professionally. He represented Mitch Hall as a business with small town values and not as a corporation with policies that are impersonal and final. I first approached Randy to discuss getting air in my tire, he checked it and told me I probably needed a new tire.
