I have used Mitchell dealerships for many years and get my car serviced faithfully when it’s due. This most recent visit was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed in the service I received. I went in to get my car serviced and get the oil changed. This also included a complimentary car wash. When my car was ready, the technician asked if I had any questions and I asked if there was anything I needed to know. He said, “nothing but routine maintenance.” When I got to my car, I saw it had gotten the worst wash job ever. The front of my car didn’t look like it had been washed at all and was still covered with dead bugs. By the time I got home, I had received an email of the multi-point vehicle inspection report. There was a list of 10 items in the category of “Requires Immediate Attention” that totaled a cost of over $3,000! I really don’t understand why I wasn’t told about any services that needed attention when I asked if there was anything I needed to know. More

I am disappointed to the fact that the first representative did not inform us of the recall, engine warranty that Hyundai company had for our vehicle.
