He was very understanding of my needs and circumstances, and was genuinely interested in helping me in any way possible. He explained every aspect of the process transparently, objectively, and thoroughly which gave me confidence in my new purchases, and he is primarily responsible for my excellent experiences there. For this purchase I was also assisted my Dave Fuge, who delivered the same level of service. He initially contacted me to meet for an equity analysis on my previous vehicle, which I originally did just to get some information as reference. At no point did I feel he was compelling my decision one way or another, but the information he gave me and my own analysis indicated that a new car was a good investment for me at this time. He answered all of my questions in a very upfront and honest manor which helped me with my decisions, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
