Excellent experience working with Modesto Subaru. I started my negotiations via text/email with JJ and Ahmad over the course of two days; this allowed for a easy and stress free engagement. No xx, no tactics to try and get me to come to the dealership; I had my questions and they answered straight. They were both extremely professional, friendly and patient. Once we had agreed on the final numbers (via email/text) I scheduled in my time to purchase vehicle/sign documents. I was greeted by Jose who started my paperwork and provided a tour of the vehicle and services offered with Subaru. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant during this interaction. I completed the process of purchasing the vehicle with Jonathan. Again, very professional and pleasant to work as he explained additional services offered. It was memorial day weekend and busy at the dealership, but I was in/out in about 2.5 hours. This is the third vehicle I have purchased, and this was the easiest process I've been through. The customer service provided by these 4 gentlemen was exceptional and surpassed all of my previous engagements with other dealerships. More
