The vehicle was then returned to Elk Grove Toyota, where it was originally leased. We previously reached out to you via email on March 20, 2025, to provide an update on this matter. The customer agreed to the terms of their lease when signing the original contract with Elk Grove Toyota and is responsible for understanding their lease expiration date and any potential penalties associated with an early return. As the penalty fees are determined by Toyota Financial Services, we recommend reaching out to them directly to dispute any charges, as this matter is now outside of Modesto Toyota's control.
