Great great service! !! Went in there to look at a used pickup we found online. Test drove it and decided to buy it. They went over truck in garage and put an extra 3000 !! They went over truck in garage and put an extra 3000 bucks into vehicle for us , new shocks , new brakes ,flushed automatic transmission fluid etc.Could not be happier. All sales people we worked with were awesome!!!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!! More

Went in for my first service on my 2025 Malibu. Was there for almost 2 hours. Was not notified that some price of equipment was being serviced and that’s why it took as long as it did. Had I known Was there for almost 2 hours. Was not notified that some price of equipment was being serviced and that’s why it took as long as it did. Had I known I would’ve had someone pick me up to go run errands why my car was being serviced. When asked what it was going to cost me the next time I came in I was told “I don’t know, you will find out when you come in”. I wasn’t looking for an exact amount just wanted a ballpark figure. Just not very professional. Seemed to be more interested in chatting with coworkers then making sure myself and others were being kept in the loop on the progress of our vehicles status. At the end when receiving my paperwork it seemed like I was a bother to him because I questioned the status of my car as well as what it was gonna cost me the next time. More

I have been working with Mohawk for years between business and personal reasons. Patrick, himself was awesome to work with! Bought a used truck in February, had to bring it back in for break issues before we even had it for a month, had to bring it back multiple times to finally get it fixed in April. When we brought the truck i for break issues before we even had it for a month, had to bring it back multiple times to finally get it fixed in April. When we brought the truck in, we watched the service member speed into the service bay and slam the truck into park so hard it was rocking back and forth from stopping short. Our most recent visit there was no communication or adherence to appointment times. Brought our vehicle in the night before our 8:30 am appointment, waited all day for an update on our vehicle. When we called, we were told we could "only get an update from the individual that brought the truck back to service" and went over an hour with any sort of update. Finally, we were told at 2:30 in the afternoon that our truck had actually not even been brought in yet. Never even offered an apology, just lied to and treated poorly at every experience with this service center. Very disappointed in our experience, have never had this bad of an experience at any garage. I do not recommend using the service center here unless you are under warranty, and even then, free service isn't that great when it's terrible service. More
