Jack Cole the best I was looking for cars online, and I saw a car I was interested in, and I then sent an email saying I was interested. Then about 30 minute's late I was called about the car and u told the agent to run my credit. Once he did that he called me back and told me to come in to see the car. I was working with Jack Cole, and he was very knowledgeable about the loans and if he helped me get the car that I wanted and the monthly payments that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my car and payments. He was very helpful through the entire process, and was very prompt about everything. it didn't take long at all, we had some hiccups, but he stayed persistent and he got me what I wanted.
